A Disney Princess can live in a castle with a singing teapot, underwater, up a high tower, a cottage in the forest or the great outdoors and the one thing they all have in common are hairstyles that always seem to look fabulous. Artist C-Cassandra imagines what it might be like in the real world where hair takes an everyday beating from the elements. The hair struggle is real.

What happens if you take a much loved Disney Princess and introduce an unexpected element of horror and disorder into her life? Rodolfo Loaiza Ontiveros re-creates scenes from Disney movies and adds pop culture references into the mix. Sleeping Beauty would obviously meet Freddy in her dreams, Ariel has a run in with The Creature from the Black Lagoon and poor young Arthur is denied his one chance to become the King of England.
